The spark behind my wedding bash
It all started about 10 years ago when a cousin of mine got married in a typically arranged set up and she came up to me and said that “she was scared.” I asked scared of what? And she replied that she didn’t know what to expect and how to navigate this sudden change in her life.
That triggered something in me and that incident stayed with me since. After thinking about it over and over again I came to the conclusion that there was a big gap and a bridge was needed to be built.
Now the question was HOW. After speaking to a lot of friends, who were married or getting married I came to a conclusion that a fun filled break where all this and more could be discussed and learnt about just before starting ones married life was the need of the hour.
And thus came the idea of My Wedding Bash: where you Embrace, Enlighten, Unwind as Your Journey Begins at My Wedding Bash.

Hello, I’m Bithi Kacholia, Founder of My Wedding Bash —Welcome to a World of Love, Learning, Wellness, and Celebration!
With over a decade of experience as a Costume Stylist and Consultant, I’ve had the joy of working with amazing people from all over the globe, helping people feel confident and beautiful, inside and out. From collaborating with renowned brands to styling over hundreds of actors & characters in the film and television world, my journey has been that of learning the art of storytelling—through fashion, confidence, creativity and the power of personal transformation.
I’ve always believed that fashion isn’t just about clothes; it’s about how you feel, who you are, and the story you want to tell. This passion for personal expression naturally led me into the world of weddings—a space where those stories are elevated to the most meaningful levels.
My Wedding Bash was born from my passion for creating meaningful empowering experiences & the desire to create more than just an event. I believe that weddings are not just about the day itself, but personal growth, wellness, and community that comes together to support that love. Here, you’ll find a space to learn, grow, relax, and connect with other amazing women, all while preparing for the incredible journey ahead focusing on building a foundation for a happy, fulfilling & a long married life.

Do I need to prepare for the retreat in advance?
Yes. Prepare to arrive at the retreat with an open mind, a welcoming heart and the intent to transform. This journey will not be easy but it will be transformative for life. Come with an open mind and allow the universe to work through you. As we get closer to the date, we will be sharing more details with you.

What should I pack?
The retreat is a very involved experience and requires you to be physically and mentally at ease, so please pack according to what you are comfortable in. We advise you to check the weather of the selected location to make an informed decision about how cold/hot it will be according to your comfort.
Carry clothes for all 3+ days of stay & travel, accounting for the lack of laundry services.
Carry all your personal hygiene products and toiletries including towels and slippers. (Always advised)
Is transportation included / does the team help with transportation?
Transportation to and from the venue is not included. However, we are happy to arrange it for you on request. The entire cost of this travel will be borne by you and/or other participants who you wish you share the journey with.
How do I pay for this?
